We collect contact details (name, email, phone, address/suburb) and service details you provide through our contact form, phone or email, and — where relevant to NDIS services — information about your support needs that you or your support coordinator share with us.

How we use it

We use this information to provide quotes, schedule and deliver cleaning services, invoice plan managers or the NDIA where applicable, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Sharing information

We may share necessary details with support coordinators, plan managers or the NDIA where a participant has authorised this, and with our own staff and contractors to deliver the service.
